- Key Spots: Kebler Pass in the Fall for golden Aspens, or Gothic Valley in mid-Summer for wildflowers.
- Pro Tip: The town of Crested Butte runs their ski lift in the Summer, take it to the top & hike up Mt. Crested Butte!

Silverton might be the most unique mountain town… EVER?! It’s a historic mining town nestled deep in the heart of the San Juan Mountains and would be an unforgettable place to elope.
- Things to Consider: Silverton is accessible from Durango or Ouray - making it feel remote. If you value seclusion and fewer crowds compared to nearby towns, Silverton is the perfect place for an elopement focused on just the two of you
- Best Hikes: Ice Lakes Basin (8.5 mi), Highland Mary Lakes Trail (5.2 mi)
